WELCOME TO SO FLO VITALITY :)

I want to welcome you to my website and introduce myself. I am a certified personal trainer, sports nutrition specialist, and stretch specialist. I have been a wellness coach for three years. Outside of my professional life, I am an aunt, partner, daughter, friend, sister, student, and educator. My journey as a coach began when I was a child helping my grandmother check her blood sugar and inject her insulin. I learned early on the importance of supporting and assisting people to benefit their health. I also learned the importance of physical activity as a child. I played basketball, and volleyball, and performed Tahitian dance. I was a peer helper and in leadership in high school. I was a nanny and youth leader in my early adult years. These experiences have shaped me into the woman I am today. I love to encourage, inspire, and push people to be their best selves through habit-building, consistency, and determination.

So Flo was established with the intent to reach people of all ages and share wellness knowledge for generations to come. At the forefront of my business is, “Creating generational health - mind, body, and soul.” My background in psychology opened my perspective to see that health is far beyond the physical body. I’m continuously advocating to bridge the gap between mental and physical health. My primary focus is youth outreach because the sooner people learn about wellness and the effects it’ll have on their well-being the sooner we can come to a more unified, happy, and healthy world; youth are the leaders of our next generation. So Flo is here to extend knowledge, share knowledge, and hear your feedback on wellness topics important to you.

My ultimate goal is to help guide people into creating healthier habits and developing a growth mindset. I believe the foundation to living a happy, prosperous life starts with developing a growth mindset, and once you develop that your body will follow. The meaning behind my brand name “So Flo,” is I want everyone to smoothly flow through the waves of life. There will always be ups and downs in life, but if I can help you attain the skills to overcome those obstacles life throws at you by creating healthy habits and developing a strong mind, then I would say we are off to a good start.
